Each service you order is completely independent of any previous service you've ordered from us. Your transaction and service you've ordered, your usage of the service or expectations from the service in no way depends or hinges on any conditions, states, status, situations, preconceptions, assumptions or expectations derived from any previous or similar service you've ordered from us in the past.

There are busy periods where we are working with a high volume of clients. Your lab results and/or protocol may take time to be delivered to you and for a consultation to be booked. Be rest assured that your results are in queue in order and when your turn comes up you will be contacted with your results, protocol or consultation. Your patience is appreciated during our busy periods.

There are no refunds on all services ordered. Each order constitutes a binding contract between you and Biotech Health Consulting, affirming that you accept and will proceed to follow through to receive the service you ordered as specified by the Terms & Conditions. We are committed to provide you with the full service you ordered and expect you to be committed to receive it and make this a fair transaction for both parties. Refusing to receive the service in part or in whole is your decision at your discretion and choice and does not constitute any refund whatsoever whether partial or full. Your payment will remain on your credit with us and can be redeemed at its original monetary value for any of our services at any time in the future. We are serious when it comes to healing and are committed to providing you the full services your ordered according to the Terms & Conditions you agreed to.

Agreement to being Faithful to the Program: By working with us and our unique custom protocols you agree that you will not be working with or following other practitioners, protocols, diagnostic tests, supplement or dietary advice as they will break the unique biochemical regeneration program we designed for you.
